Elevating the
visual landscape,
one campaign at a time.
Hola, I'm Crystal, a multidisciplinary Design Director drawn to the space where strategy, storytelling, and design come together. For more than a decade, I've led teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, video editors, and content creators to bring campaigns to life from concept to completion. I've spent much of my career in experiential and social creative agencies across fintech, e-commerce, hospitality, and nonprofit, shaping thoughtful, human-centered design that helps make complex ideas feel clear and connected.
BRAND DESIGN
Making the
logo bigger
I create visual identities that reflect brands’ values and resonate with their target audiences. By understanding each brand’s goals, I develop cohesive, innovative design systems that are both distinctive and recognizable. My career began in print production, giving me a strong foundation in both print and digital media and the ability to craft visual narratives suited to each medium.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
Grounding brands
in culture
I provide strategic guidance to ensure that creative work aligns with a brand’s vision, tone, and visual identity. I collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals that strengthen campaign narratives across platforms. I also partner with creative and media strategists to optimize content using audience insights, testing results, and platform-specific best practices.
LEADERSHIP
Creating a
shared vision
With over a decade of experience leading teams of designers, motion designers, video editors, and art directors, coaching and mentorship are central to my approach. I help creatives across disciplines build both technical and interpersonal skills. To foster an engaging environment, I lead creative and team-building workshops that help team members refine their skills and expand their knowledge.
HELLO!
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me watching the WNBA, enjoying a Costco-sized bag of Hot Cheetos (in moderation), or baking organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free cupcakes for my pups.
