Hola, I'm Crystal, a multidisciplinary Design Director drawn to the space where strategy, storytelling, and design come together. For more than 10 years, I've led teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, video editors, and content creators to bring campaigns to life from concept to completion. I've spent much of my career in experiential and social creative agencies across fintech, e-commerce, hospitality, and nonprofit, shaping thoughtful, human-centered design that helps make complex ideas feel clear and connected.
